Lima Al Paso – Peruvian Paso Horse
A national tradition, turned into People’s pride. This tour made for the history, tradition and tastes of Peru. Our tour begins south of Lima at the foot of the Pacific Ocean in the archeological complex of Pachacamac, a pre-columbian citadel made up of adobe, stone palaces and temple pyramids.
The Citadel of Pachacamac was one of the most important ceremonial centers of the Inca Empire. Then we’ll visit the private Casa Hacienda located in the valley of Lurin. In its beautiful gardens, an Amazon will invite us to experience the world of the Peruvian Paso Horse.
Enjoy a welcome Pisco Sour and sautéed native potatoes as we start the exhibition. The show presents the various stages of preparation and care of the Peruvian breed.
Riders will surprise you with the mastering of this fabulous national species and a coastal dance of Peru, “Marinera”. If you choose you can ride a Peruvian paso horse, known to be the smoothest riding horse in the world.
